Your luggage can keep under your bed. If after Check Out at 12noon. Your luggage can leave at Reception office for FOC till 8pm. If Collect after 8pm till 11pm charge $8 per luggage

Hi, if I arrive using VTL can i stay in the dormitory if i am there for leisure?

Currently, we only allowed to accept Valid Long Term Work Permit holder. Not allowed for Tourists & leisure. Under Government Regulations.

Wonderful

The owner keep this room very clean, and the owner is so nice and friendly! When I lost my toothpaste . She gave a new one! Made my day:)) such a splendid trip in SG. I will book this hostel again when I visit SG next time.

Good

The owner and staff are very friendly and the place is very clean. Maxwell station, Chinatown station, food courts nearby.

The mattress was covered in plastic underneath the sheet so moving around makes a little noise. Not a very social hostel but good for sleeping and showering.

Affordable, comfortable and super convenient

-Ultra convenient (2 nearby train stations to different lines) in terms of transportation -Very affordable -Manager was super nice -Hawker centres and Chinatown nearby means you don't have to spend much to get cheap food and good items

-Can be a bit tricky to find, as are all hidden gems.

Spent four cozy nights here and had easy access to downtown Singapore.

Located in Chinatown, really convenient to public transport, shops and food courts. The hostess was very warmhearted and friendly, gave me advice about food and stuff. Facilities like wifi, air conditioners, showers, water cooler, fridge are all working well and well maintained. Everything is pretty clean and not a single bug was spotted during my stay.

Bathroom kinda tight and clothes might get wet while showering but understandable because the toilet and shower were separated for efficiency.

Had a nice time in Singapore, although not the best night’s sleep! Would reccommend just for one or two nights.

The host was really nice, the place was very clean. Regularly cleaned floors especially. Great location, close to metro. Drinking water available.

Beds weren’t very comfortable and there was not much privacy. Only one loo and one shower between an 8 bed mixed dorm. Wouldn’t recommend mixed dorm for females as limited privacy and toilet space

Great Value For Money In Heart of Chinatown

Easy access from Maxwell MRT (brown line). Sarah was awesome. Good sense of humor, and filled with info about what to see and where to go during my short stay in Singapore.

Nice and Cozy

Sarah, the Manager was super helpful, she did the familirasation rounds (which is very helpful later during the stay) Location was very convenient, nearby to many tourists places, shopping and eating. Outside the Hostel are chairs kept where we can sit and relax

The rooms are compact and only one toilet, but there was no inconvenience due to that

Quiet, clean, private. Fantastic location. Helpful kind staff.

Very quiet and a dark room, good privacy curtains. Good aircon. All meant I could sleep in. Every bed had hooks, coathangers, light and multi shaped power plug. Premium beds were wood frame and had a shelf. Standard are metal and no shelving. Quietest bunk beds I've been in. Everything very clean. Helpful friendly staff. Let me do very late check in when my bus was late Right beside Chinatown and information centre. Local food court downstairs and 2 minutes to laundromat. $10 to wash and dry Excellent wifi connection and speed. Large fridge freezer.

There was a cockroach beside my bed in the middle of the night. I hope it didn't come with me from my last place.

budget friendly stay with sweet host in Chinatown!

Host is super nice and she’s cleaning all the time. She wanted to make sure I took enough water with me and gave recommendations for places to eat around the neighborhood. Separate shower and toilet which is a plus in Asia for me!

I was in the 6 bed dorm with only one other person. I can imagine if it’s full, then maybe 1 toilet and shower would not be enough… but for me it was fine!

Best value per cost

The owner was very kind and helpful. She gives advices about what to eat, where to do laundry, what is cheap and what is expensive.

The stacked bed is quite uncomfortable. If one person moves, or climb the ladder, or simply change position, the other person can feel. I know the lady beneath me had a lot of trouble sleeping that night.

Right next to Chinatown complex & Maxwell food court. The owner, Sarah, was very kind, good fun, cheerful & hardworking. Helpful too. Decent location for metro.

Room was tiny. Only one shower & toilet for two dorms. It rained alot! LOL!

Decent Hostel

Ms. Sarah was very kind & gives advices where to go & where to eat etc. Etc. The rooms maybe small but way way better than in HongKong considering the limited dpaces they have & the cost of living. The price was very reasonable.The place was clean

At 1st the place was hard to find l. Its just above the many restaurants along the street. Its just in the level 2 then in the back side. Near the Chinatown complex on the side. Infront of the Complex is the huge Chinese Building.

Superb

I liked all. the place was very good and the staff was outstanding.

There was only one sink that was in the toilet and one shower for a 8 bed dorm. Everyone was waiting. Logistically 1 sink for 8 people is not enought. Bath Situation in the dorm was not convenient.

Basic, clean, ok for one or two nights

Very nice and helpful host lady! Clean. Free water refill.

Mattress wrapped in plastic, made annoying noises and felt uncomfortable and sweaty sleeping on it. You cannot close the curtains completely because they are too short, which doesn’t make sense for me. This also means you cannot change in the room as people can see you and the bathroom is very small and also often occupied as it is only one for two dorms. The price is high for very basic facilities, but I guess that’s what you get in Singapore. For me it was a bit weird that there were many old men staying in the dorm, but I guess it’s a consequence of the city being so unaffordable.

Would stay again for short term

Singapore is super expensive (if you’re travelling on budget), so this hostel had a good price. I would say a good location- it’s in china town, very close to all shops and cafes, 7min to metro station. Very clean and the boss lady was very nice!

The room is very small and after all persons moved in the dorm, there was no air and a bad smell (because of wet towels and clothes)
